Tubular thermal oil cooler is a shell & tube heat exchanger specially engineered for cooling high-temperature thermal fluid (heat transfer oil). It efficiently removes excess heat from circulating thermal oil to maintain stable operating temperature of thermal oil furnaces, reaction kettles, printing machines and heating systems.


Working Principle
High-temperature thermal oil flows inside the tubes or shell side. Cooling medium (cooling water / glycol) passes through the opposite side. Heat transfers from hot thermal oil to coolant, lowering the oil temperature before recirculation.
