Atmospheric Water Shell And Tube Condenser | Industrial Shell Tube Condenser For Steam Vapor Condensation With Cooling Tower Water
Atmospheric Water Shell and Tube Condenser adopts normal-temperature circulating water as cooling medium. It is a standard shell & tube heat exchanger used to condense steam or gaseous refrigerant into liquid. Widely deployed in power generation, industrial steam systems, refrigeration and process industry.
Working Principle
Hot steam / vapor enters the shell side and releases latent heat, condensing into liquid. Normal pressure cooling water flows through the tube side to continuously take away heat. Condensed liquid is collected at the bottom for recovery and reuse. Operates under near atmospheric pressure or low vacuum conditions.
Core Design Features
Designed for atmospheric cooling water (raw water, river water, cooling tower water)
Anti-scaling structure, easy access for cleaning tube dirt
Optional detachable tube bundle for maintenance
Material selection: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy tubes
Suitable for clean or slightly turbid cooling water
Low operation pressure, stable continuous condensation performance

Application Scenarios
Small steam turbine auxiliary systems
Industrial waste steam recovery
Refrigeration circulating systems
Chemical process vapor condensation
Food & beverage processing steam recovery
