VRCOOLER Custom V‑type Dry Cooler 5MW Gas Gen‑set Remote Cooling Unit

Custom HT‑LT dual‑circuit remote dry cooler for 5 MW gas engine generator / CHP plant, for natural gas, biogas, landfill gas continuous‑run power generation. It works as closed‑loop air‑cooled heat rejection unit, no cooling tower required, zero water evaporation loss.

Two Independent Hydraulic‑Separate Circuits

HT Circuit (Jacket Water) Dissipate waste heat from engine cylinder jacket & cylinder head. Typical operating range: inlet 85‑95 °C, outlet 75‑85 °C. Guarantees engine base‑load stable temperature control.

LT Circuit (Charge Air / CAC + Auxiliary Cooling) Cools turbo charge‑air cooler, lube oil heat exchanger and gas cooler. Typical operating range: inlet 45‑55 °C, outlet 35‑42 °C. Stabilize intake‑air temperature to optimize combustion, reduce emission and improve engine output.

Main Design Features

V‑type / Horizontal cabinet structure optional, outdoor‑grade cabinet assembly, remote‑mounted away from engine hall, save plant room space.

Finned‑tube coil: copper tube‑aluminum fin (SS304 / SS316 fin optional for coastal / corrosive site). Custom tube row & fin spacing, anti‑clog for dusty biogas plant environment.

Multiple EC‑variable‑speed axial fans, IE3 high‑efficiency motor, IP54 / IP65; explosion‑proof motor optional for gas‑hazardous zone. Each circuit can perform independent fan speed modulation for precise temperature regulation.

30 % extra thermal safety margin for full‑load peak rejection, works well under high ambient temperature and high altitude conditions.

Closed glycol‑water circulation system, anti‑freezing for cold‑climate installation. Adiabatic pre‑cooling pad optional for high‑temperature region to boost summer performance.

Complete flanges, drain‑vent ports, lifting lugs, vibration‑damping interface for site installation.
