Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger For Boiler Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery | Preheat Air For Noodle Scrap Drying
Shell and tube heat exchanger is designed to recover waste heat from boiler flue gas. It effectively improves overall boiler thermal efficiency, and the preheated air from this system is reused to dry noodle scraps, realizing full utilization of residual heat and energy conservation.
Working Principle
High-temperature flue gas discharged from the boiler flows through one side of the shell and tube heat exchanger. Fresh ambient air passes through the heat transfer tubes. Heat is transferred from flue gas to air continuously.
The recovered heat reduces boiler fuel consumption and raises boiler operating efficiency. Meanwhile, the heated air with stable temperature is delivered to the drying section, serving as heat source for dehydrating and drying noodle scraps.
Application Advantages
Maximize boiler flue gas waste heat utilization, save fuel and reduce operating expenditure
One set of equipment realizes two functions: boiler efficiency improvement and material drying
Reduce exhaust temperature of flue gas, lowering thermal pollution to the environment
Stable hot air supply ensures uniform drying quality of noodle scraps
Lower investment on independent drying heating systems, save workshop space
Application Scenarios
Industrial boiler flue gas waste heat recovery projects
Food processing factories with noodle production lines
Noodle scrap recycling and deep processing workshops
Energy-saving renovation for industrial heating and drying systems
