3, Selection and installation points
Material and hygiene: 316L stainless steel is selected for the heat exchange tube, and the tube plate is double sealed; Fin hydrophilic coating, condensate tray slope ≥ 1%, equipped with U-shaped water seal to prevent backflow; It is strictly prohibited to use sealing materials containing asbestos.
Matching air volume and cooling capacity: calculated based on the operating room area, floor height, number of personnel, and equipment heat load; The ventilation rate of Grade I operating room should be ≥ 30 times/h, and a 15% -20% margin should be reserved for cooling capacity.
Airflow organization: laminar air supply (vertical/horizontal), with return air outlets located below both sides of the operating table; The dual tube cooler is located before the HEPA to prevent condensation water generated in the cooling section from affecting the lifespan of the filter.
Control strategy: DDC linked temperature and humidity sensor, electric two-way valve, frequency converter; Set "surgical mode/standby mode/disinfection mode"; The dual control system is used for cooling and dehumidification in summer, heating in winter, and fine tuning with reheating during the transition season; The four control system can achieve year-round "cooling dehumidification+hot water reheating" without the need for electric auxiliary heating, saving more than 30% energy.
