Accurate Selection And Scientific Management Of Spare Parts For AF Compressors
1, AF Compressor Core Spare Parts System: Functional Classification and Key Functions
The spare parts system of AF compressor is built around the equipment characteristics of "oil-free cleanliness, high pressure stability, low consumption and durability". The core spare parts can be divided into three categories: functional, consumable and safety. Each type of spare part plays an irreplaceable role in equipment operation:
1. Functional core spare parts: the "key skeleton" for equipment operation
Functional spare parts are the core components that ensure the core performance of compressors, directly affecting pressure output, airflow stability, and oil-free quality. They mainly include:
Valve component: As the "heart" of a piston compressor, it includes intake valves, exhaust valves, valve plates, springs, and other components, responsible for precise control of airflow intake and exhaust. Its sealing performance and fatigue strength directly determine the compressor's exhaust efficiency and pressure stability. The air valve of the AF compressor adopts special stainless steel valve plates and high elasticity springs, suitable for high pressure conditions of 15-40 bar, and needs to withstand high-frequency opening and closing impacts.
• Piston and sealing system: including piston rings, seals, guide rings, etc. The piston rings are made of wear-resistant alloy material to ensure that high-pressure gas in the cylinder does not leak, and to prevent lubricating oil (if it is an oil lubricated model) from infiltrating the airflow; The sealing components are made of temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, compatible with Class 0 oil-free standards, to prevent medium leakage and external impurities from entering.
Bearings and transmission components: They are responsible for supporting and transmitting power to moving parts such as compressor rotors and crankshafts, and are required to have high wear resistance and low vibration characteristics. The AF compressor bearings adopt precision grade rolling bearings, combined with special lubricating grease, to ensure low friction coefficient and extend service life during high load continuous operation.
Control and valve components: including pressure control valves, temperature control valves, unloading valves, etc., responsible for regulating system pressure, controlling oil temperature, and achieving no-load start-up. Their response sensitivity directly affects the operating energy consumption and adaptability of the compressor. For example, pressure control valves need to accurately maintain exhaust pressure fluctuations of ≤± 0.5 bar to adapt to variable load production needs.

2. Consumable spare parts: a clean and efficient "protective barrier"
Consumable spare parts are the key to ensuring the quality of compressed air and the cleanliness of equipment interiors. They need to be replaced regularly to avoid performance degradation, mainly including:
• Filter system spare parts: including air filter cartridges, oil and gas separator cartridges (oil lubrication models), etc. The air filter needs to achieve high dust interception efficiency to prevent particulate matter from entering the cylinder and wear the piston and valve plate; The air filter of the AF oil-free model is made of ultra-fine fiber material, which has a high dust holding capacity and can effectively extend the life of the core components.
Lubrication and cooling spare parts: including specialized lubricating oil, oil filters, cooler fins, etc. The lubricating oil for AF oil-free compressors (if it is an oil lubricated model) must comply with food grade or pharmaceutical grade standards to avoid contaminating the compressed air; Oil filters need to efficiently intercept impurities in the oil and protect bearings and transmission components from wear and tear.
Sealing consumables: such as O-rings, sealing rings, etc., made of special rubber materials that are resistant to oil, temperature, and aging, are used for sealing pipeline joints, valve groups, and other parts to prevent gas leakage and moisture infiltration. They are the "first line of defense" to ensure stable system pressure.
