HT Circuit (Jacket Water) Rejects residual heat from engine jacket water after heat recovery heat exchanger. Maintains safe engine operating temperature. Typical temp range: inlet 84‑95 °C, outlet 74‑84 °C.
LT Circuit (Charge Air + Lube Oil + Auxiliary) Cools charge air cooler, engine lube oil and gas auxiliary circuits. Stabilizes intake air temperature, safeguards engine output and emission performance. Typical temp range: inlet 44‑54 °C, outlet 34‑41 °C.
Structure options: V‑type, horizontal cabinet type, remote outdoor installation, save CHP room space.
Heat coil: copper tube‑aluminum fin standard; SS304 / SS316 fin, cupro‑nickel tube optional for coastal, corrosive, high‑dust biogas CHP sites. Wide fin pitch option to reduce dust blockage risk.
