1, Key maintenance items
Maintenance of cooling water/chilled water system: Regularly clean the lower water tank of the cooling tower and use a high-pressure cleaning machine to clean the dirt on the filling material. Check if the water pump is functioning properly and ensure smooth water flow.
Condenser and evaporator cleaning: Physical or chemical cleaning of the condenser of water-cooled units should be carried out monthly or according to water quality conditions to remove scaling on the pipe walls and prevent poor heat dissipation from causing high pressure alarms.
Cleaning of air-cooled heat sink: For air-cooled box type machines, regularly clean the dust on the fan and finned radiator to ensure air circulation.
Refrigerant leakage inspection: Check whether the joints and welds of each pipe are loose or cracked to prevent refrigerant leakage from causing a decrease in refrigeration efficiency.
System electrical maintenance: Check whether the wiring terminals are loose, whether the AC contactors and thermal relays have poor contacts, and ensure that the water flow switch and high and low voltage protection devices are working properly.
