Gas Generator Set High And Low Temperature Radiator For CAT G3516

Gas Generator Set High and Low Temperature Radiator for CAT G3516

High-Temperature Radiator: Primarily responsible for dissipating heat generated during engine combustion, handling high-temperature coolant. High-temperature coolant flows out of the engine, passes through the high-temperature radiator, and transfers heat to the surrounding air via a series of cooling fins on the radiator, thereby achieving cooling.

Low-Temperature Radiator: Mainly used to cool low-temperature components such as engine oil and transmission fluid. These components also generate heat during operation and require timely cooling. Hot engine oil or transmission fluid flows through the low-temperature radiator, dissipating heat into the air.

Core Structure: Common designs feature copper tubes with fins. The fins are typically made of aluminum or copper sheets. Mechanical tube expansion processes tightly bond the copper tubes to the fins, enhancing heat dissipation efficiency.

Layout Configurations: Multiple arrangements exist, such as horizontal radiators and V-shaped radiator assemblies.
