Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger (EGHE) – Generate 105°C Steam From 100 KW Gas Engine Waste Heat
CASE STUDY: Waste Heat Recovery | Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger | Industrial Energy Saving
The 100 kW gas engine generates high-temperature exhaust gas during operation. Our Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger absorbs waste heat from engine flue gas, transfers heat to feed water inside the tube side, and continuously outputs stable 105°C low-pressure saturated steam. It realizes zero extra fuel consumption, fully utilizing waste heat for production heating, process supply and domestic heating.
Core Design & Technical Parameters
Matched Engine: 100 kW natural gas / biogas gas engine
Output Steam Temperature: 105°C saturated steam
