What Is A Vacuum Condenser?
What is a Vacuum Condenser?
Vacuum Condenser is to establish and maintain high vacuum at the exhausting end of steam turbine in order to reduce heat loss and improve heat circulating effect and to condense the exhausting steam coming from main & auxiliary steam turbine into drain water to supply for boiler.
Functions
High Vacuum Maintenance: Establishes and maintains a high vacuum at the exhaust end of steam turbines, minimizing heat loss.
Heat Circulation Improvement: Enhances the heat circulating effect, optimizing overall system performance.
Steam Condensation: Condenses exhaust steam from both main and auxiliary steam turbines into drain water, which can be reused in the boiler.
Benefits
Increased Efficiency: Reduces energy losses, leading to better fuel efficiency.
Resource Recovery: Allows for the recycling of condensate back to the boiler, conserving water and energy.
Improved Equipment Longevity: Reduces thermal stress on turbine components, prolonging their operational life.
