VRCOOLER Custom V‑type Air Cooled Radiator For Biogas Gas Genset Waste‑to‑Energy Power Plant
HT‑LT remote radiator / dry cooler engineered for biogas genset, landfill gas genset, biogas CHP cogeneration units. Biogas projects feature high dust, corrosive gas and 24/7 continuous base‑load operation. Fully separated dual‑circuit cooling matches reciprocating gas engine cooling requirements, can be floor‑mounted, roof‑mounted or installed outside powerhouse / container power module.
Dual Independent Cooling Circuits
HT High‑Temperature Circuit (Jacket Water) Removes waste heat from engine cylinder jacket and head. Typical operating: inlet 85‑95 °C, outlet 75‑85 °C. Maintains stable engine working temperature for biogas continuous power generation.
LT Low‑Temperature Circuit (Charge Air + Lube Oil + Auxiliary) Cools charge‑air cooler, lube oil and gas auxiliary systems. Stabilizes intake air temperature, preserves power output and controls emissions. Typical operating: inlet 45‑55 °C, outlet 35‑42 °C.
HT and LT hydraulically isolated, no thermal cross‑contamination, comply with engine OEM specifications.
Key Design Features for Biogas Genset
Structure options: V‑type, horizontal cabinet, split remote type; suitable for open‑skid and containerized biogas genset.
Fin‑tube coil: copper tube‑aluminum fin standard. Wide fin‑pitch option for heavy dust biogas site, reduces blockage risk. SS304 / SS316 fin or cupro‑nickel tube optional for corrosive, coastal environments.
EC variable‑speed axial fans, IP54 / IP65 motor. ATEX explosion‑proof motor optional for biogas hazardous zones. Independent fan modulation for HT and LT loops, adapts to fluctuating biogas load and ambient temperature.
Extra thermal safety margin, accounts for high ambient temperature and altitude derating. Optimized for 24/7 continuous running, partial‑load CHP cycles.
Closed glycol‑water circuit for anti‑freeze. Adiabatic cooling pad optional for hot summer climate to boost heat rejection performance.
Complete accessories: lifting lugs, vibration dampers, flanges, vent & drain ports, support steel frame.
Anti‑corrosion surface coating, adapted to biogas plant humid & aggressive atmosphere.
