Size range: OD 6 - 273 mm, WT 0.5 - 35.0 mm, Length = < 25,000mm

The production process of U-shaped pipe: raw material - grinding - end treatment - cold rolling - grinding end level - degreasing - solution annealing - straightening - cutting - pickling - surface passivation - quality inspection - nondestructive testing - packaging - testing - U-shaped packaging - transport

Test items:
1) Appearance inspection;
2) Dimensional inspection;
3) Chemical composition test;
4) Mechanical performance test;
5) PWHT (solution annealing) of bent u-bend + 300mm straight length in 5 to 7 seconds while bending at about 680 C;
6) 100% hydrostatic test after bending;
7) According to customer's request.
