HT‑LT Dual‑Circuit Remote Radiator Dry Cooler For Biogas Natural Gas Genset Gas Generator Set
Remote HT‑LT radiator / dry cooler specially for gas generator sets, for natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, syngas fueled reciprocating gas genset, CHP cogeneration and container‑type gas power modules. Gas gensets require two fully independent cooling loops, different from single‑circuit diesel radiators. Unit can be floor‑stand, roof‑mount or remote placed outside powerhouse / power container.
Dual Separate Cooling Circuits
- HT High‑Temperature Circuit (Jacket Water)
Dissipate waste heat from engine cylinder jacket and cylinder head. Keep stable engine working temperature. Typical operating: inlet 85‑95 °C, outlet 75‑85 °C.
- LT Low‑Temperature Circuit (Charge Air + Lube Oil + Auxiliary)
Cool charge‑air cooler, lube oil heat exchanger and gas auxiliary system. Stabilize intake air temperature, protect power output, reduce engine emissions. Typical operating: inlet 45‑55 °C, outlet 35‑42 °C.
> HT and LT hydraulic circuits are completely separated, no heat cross‑mixing, follow gas engine OEM cooling specifications.
Key Design Features for Gas Genset Radiator
1. Structure options: V‑type, horizontal cabinet type, split remote design; fit open‑frame, containerized gas genset layout.
2. Fin‑tube coil: copper tube‑aluminum fin as standard. SS304 / SS316 fin, cupro‑nickel tube optional for coastal, salty, heavy‑dust biogas sites. Wide fin pitch available to avoid dust fouling.
3. EC variable‑speed axial fans, IP54 / IP65 motors. ATEX explosion‑proof motors optional for gas hazardous area. Independent fan speed control for HT & LT loops to maintain target temperature under variable load and ambient.
4. Sufficient thermal safety margin, consider high ambient temperature and altitude derating. Adapt to base‑load and partial‑load CHP working conditions.
5. Closed glycol‑water circulation for freeze protection. Adiabatic cooling pad optional for high‑temperature summer regions.
6. Full installation accessories: lifting lugs, vibration dampers, flanges, vent & drain connections, support steel frame.
7. Constructed for 24/7 continuous long‑time running for power generation projects.
