How To Clean The Air Compressor Cooler?

How to clean the air compressor cooler?

Air compressor coolers mainly have two forms of air cooling and water cooling, and the cleaning method of each cooler is also different. Let's talk briefly today.

Air-cooled cooler

        1. Open the air hood to clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan;

        2. Blow the dirt back with compressed air, then take it out from the air hood, if it is dirty, spray some degreaser before blowing. If it is a screw air compressor, you can remove the cooler first, soak or spray the cleaning solution, and clean it with a brush (do not use a wire brush);

        3. Install the cover or cooling fan.

        If the cooler has a lot of dirt and is difficult to clean, then we can remove the cooler, open the end caps at both ends, and use a special cleaning steel brush tool to clean the dirt. If cleaning the medium side of the cooler cannot effectively reduce the temperature, it is necessary to clean the oil side: first, remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes, then pour in the cleaning solution to soak or rinse with a pump, rinse with clean water, and then blow with dry air Dry or use dehydrated oil to remove moisture, and finally, install the inlet and outlet pipes.
