Gas Turbine Generator Air Water Cooler

Gas Turbine Generator Air Water Cooler

Generator air-water cooler is a compact heat exchanger. It consists of several sets of heat exchanger tubes and fins, water chamber, tube plate, side beams and other components. The fins and heat exchanger tubes are expanded to achieve full contact and efficient heat transfer; the two ends of the heat exchanger tubes are sealed with the tube plate at both ends by strength expansion; the sealing between the tube plate and the water chamber is realized by sealing gasket and threaded connection.

Cooling medium from the water chamber of the inlet into the heat exchanger tube, after one or more return, and then by the water chamber of the outlet back to the circulating water system, the refrigerant through the heat exchanger tube and its outside the fins will be covered by the transfer of cold heat exchange with the generator in the superheated gas, to maintain the temperature of the gas inside the generator is lower than the set value, to ensure that the equipment at a certain temperature within the normal operation of the temperature. A fan system usually accompanies the gas inside the generator to guide the air flow. The air-water cooler usually consists of one, two or four cooling cores combined, the base shape design should be adapted to the generator manufacturer's generator structure requirements.

Scope of application:
Coolers for motors/generators in metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, steel rolling, paper making, gas power generation, wind power generation, nuclear power generation, etc.
