Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is specially engineered to capture this waste heat, realizing efficient energy recycling for power, heating and hot water supply. Working Principle
High-temperature exhaust gas from diesel, gas or biogas gensets flows through the exterior of finned tubes. Water or thermal oil circulates inside the tubes. Heat is continuously transferred from exhaust gas to the working medium via high-efficiency heat exchange. The recovered heat can be used to produce hot water, supply space heating or drive auxiliary processes, while the cooled exhaust gas is discharged up to standard. This system maximizes energy utilization under simultaneous power and heat production mode.
