Cleaning Method Of Air Compressor Cooler
Cleaning method of air compressor cooler
There are two main types of air compressor coolers: air-cooled and water-cooled, and the cleaning methods for each cooler are also different. Let's just talk about it today.
air-cooled cooler
1. Open the air guide cover to clean the machine cover, or remove the cooling fan;
2. Use compressed air to blow the dirt back, and then take it out of the air guide cover. If it is dirty, spray some degreasing agent before blowing. If it is a screw air compressor, the cooler can be removed first, soaked or sprayed with cleaning fluid, and cleaned with a brush (do not use a wire brush);
3. Install the cover or cooling fan.
water-cooled cooler
1. Remove the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
2. Pour in an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to soak or rinse with a pump cycle.
3. Rinse with clean water.
4. Install cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
If the cooler has a lot of dirt and it is difficult to clean it, we can remove the cooler, open the end covers at both ends, and use a special cleaning steel brush tool to clean the dirt. If cleaning the medium side of the cooler can not effectively reduce the temperature, it is necessary to clean the oil side: first, remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes, then pour the cleaning solution into the water for soaking or rinse with a pump, rinse with clean water, and then blow with dry air Dry or use dehydrated oil to remove moisture, and finally, install the inlet and outlet oil pipes.
