The working principle of CACW (Closed Circuit Air/Water Cooler) is as follows:

Air-side heat dissipation: Hot air generated by motor operation is introduced into the cooler through the blower, and heat is exchanged with the internal cooling water pipe.

Water circulation system: The cooling water (usually pure water or antifreeze) in the water pipe absorbs the heat in the air and then circulates to the cooling tower or heat exchanger through the external water pump, releasing the heat and then re-entering the cooler, forming a closed-loop system.

Intelligent control: Real-time monitoring of the motor temperature through temperature sensors, automatically adjusting the water flow and fan speed to achieve precise temperature control.
