Bearing Oil Cooler In Gas Generator Sets
Bearing Oil Cooler In Gas Generator Sets

Bearing oil cooler is a kind of equipment used to cool bearing lubricating oil. It usually consists of cooler core, cooling medium inlet and outlet, oil inlet and outlet. Its working principle is to exchange heat with the lubricating oil through the cooling medium (such as water or air) to reduce the temperature of the lubricating oil, so as to ensure that the bearings are operated within the normal working temperature range.
In gas generator sets, the role of bearing oil coolers is very important. As the gas generator set will produce a large amount of heat during operation, this heat, if not emitted promptly, will lead to higher bearing temperatures, thus affecting the life of the bearings and the performance of the generator set. Therefore, it is necessary to use the bearing oil cooler to reduce the temperature of the bearings to ensure the normal operation of the generator set.
