V Shape Radiator For The Jenbacher Gas Generator JGS420 GS-B

The V-shape remote radiator (V-type dry cooler) is a dual-circuit air-cooled heat exchanger, specially matched for Jenbacher turbocharged gas engines.
Two independent coil banks (HT circuit + LT circuit) are arranged in a V-angle frame. Top-mounted axial fans draw ambient air through both coil surfaces.
HT Circuit: Engine jacket water cooling
LT Circuit: Charge air aftercooler cooling
Circulating medium: Water + propylene glycol / ethylene glycol (closed dry cooling, no cooling tower).

Working Principle
Hot glycol mixture from Jenbacher engine flows into separated HT and LT coils (no fluid mixing).
V-arranged finned tubes provide large heat exchange surface.
VFD axial fans pull ambient air across both coil faces to remove heat by sensible heat transfer.
Cooled fluid circulates back to the engine.
Thermostatic bypass valves + fan speed control maintain stable HT/LT operating temperatures required by Jenbacher OEM specifications.
