When the hydraulic oil is high temperature, the pressure of the mechanical equipment will decrease, the speed will become slower, the vibration will increase, and the noise will increase. 30～55℃ is the normal working temperature of hydraulic oil. The system has the highest transmission efficiency. When the temperature of the oil exceeds 60℃, the viscosity of the oil will be significantly thinner, the leakage will increase, and the oil film of each sliding part will be destroyed, which will increase the wear of the hydraulic components.

Many people only look at the oil-passing capacity of the cooler when selecting an air-cooled radiator. This is actually wrong. The selection needs to consider the system parameters of the comprehensive equipment, the actual working conditions, and the working environment.
