Our Stator Water Cooling Unit is a dedicated heat exchange device for the internal water cooling system of generator stator windings. It is a core component for large-capacity high-efficiency generators, widely deployed in thermal power, nuclear power and combined-cycle power plants to ensure stable operation of stator windings under full load.
Working Principle
High-temperature deionized water circulates inside hollow stator windings to absorb heat generated during operation. The hot water then flows into our stator water cooling unit, transferring heat to the external cooling medium via high-performance tube bundles. After cooling, the deionized water circulates back to the stator, forming a closed-loop cooling cycle. This design keeps winding temperature within the safe range and prevents insulation aging.
