Remote Radiator For Waste Heat Power Generation Steam Turbine Auxiliary Cooling

Remote radiator is professional outdoor heat dissipation equipment for waste heat power steam turbine auxiliary cooling. It conducts off-site heat rejection for lube oil and circulating water, ensuring safe and efficient operation of waste heat generating units.

Working Principle
High-temperature heat medium from steam turbine flows through pipelines to outdoor remote radiator. Axial fans carry out forced air heat exchange to discharge heat. Cooled medium circulates back to turbine auxiliary system and forms sealed continuous cooling loop.

Key Advantages
Free up indoor workshop space, avoid internal heat buildup
Steady temperature control keeps proper lubrication and reduces component wear
Flexible cooling capacity adapts fluctuating waste heat load
Fully closed loop, no water loss, no scaling and oil emulsification risk
Vibration-resistant & anti-corrosion structure fits harsh industrial environment
VFD fan control saves auxiliary power, low daily maintenance

Application Range
Flue gas waste heat recovery steam turbine cooling
Steel, chemical, cement industry waste heat power station
Cogeneration turbine auxiliary heat dissipation system
Industrial residual heat utilization power generation unit

Custom Service
Custom design based on cooling load, medium type, temperature difference and installation space. Provide thermal calculation, layout design and complete supporting delivery.
