LT Radiator (Table Cooler) For Jenbacher Gas Engine

LT Radiator (Table Cooler) for Jenbacher Gas Engine

For Jenbacher gas engines, the LT radiator (table cooler) is an important component of the cooling system, which is used to cool the coolant and ensure that the engine operates within an appropriate temperature range.

Heat Dissipation Capacity: It refers to the amount of heat that the radiator can transfer per unit time, usually measured in kilowatts (kW).
Coolant Flow Rate: The volume of coolant flowing through the radiator per unit time, generally expressed in cubic meters per hour (m³/h).
Air Flow Rate: The volume of air passing through the radiator per unit time, measured in cubic meters per second (m³/s).
Inlet and Outlet Temperatures: Including the inlet and outlet temperatures of the coolant and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the air. For instance, the inlet water temperature of a certain LT radiator is 58°C, the outlet water temperature is ≤50°C, the inlet air temperature is 40°C, and the outlet air temperature is 45.3°C.
Fluid Resistance: Including the water flow resistance in the radiator, usually expressed in kilopascals (kPa). The water flow resistance of the general LT radiator is ≤20 kPa.
Fan - Motor Performance Parameters: If the radiator is equipped with a fan, parameters such as the fan speed, flow rate, static pressure, motor power, and voltage need to be considered.
