Compatible with Cummins QSK95-G10 high-power diesel generator set remote high and low temperature radiator (closed-loop dry cooler)
Basic engine parameters: 16-cylinder V-type diesel engine, main power 2680kW, standby 3000kW, factory standard 2P2L dual-circuit cooling system
✅ HT High-Temperature Circuit: Cools engine cylinder liner water (jacket water)
✅ LT Low-Temperature Circuit: Cools the turbocharger air aftercooler

Key Design Points: Dual independent heat exchange cores; HT and LT water circuits are completely separated and do not cross-flow; strictly matched to engine heat dissipation and allowable pipeline pressure drop to avoid affecting the operation of the engine's built-in water pump.

Piping Connections

Optional Materials and Corrosion Protection Configurations
Heat Exchange Coil: Copper tube with aluminum fins (standard); 304/316 stainless steel tube (coastal, chemical corrosion environment)
Fin Protection: Epoxy-coated aluminum fins, resistant to salt spray and dust corrosion
Frame: Hot-dip galvanized/powder-coated carbon steel; optional stainless steel frame with C5-M corrosion resistance rating
Fan: EC variable frequency axial fan, IP55, temperature-controlled stepless speed regulation, energy saving and noise reduction; explosion-proof motor optional
