Structure and Principle

Structural Composition: It usually consists of high and low temperature radiator, fan, motor, radiator frame, expansion water tank, electrical part and so on. The high and low temperature radiator is usually arranged in series or parallel, and the fan is driven by the motor and combined with the radiator through the frame.

Working principle: gas engine work produces a lot of heat, through the forced water circulation, so that the antifreeze in all parts of the engine cycle to absorb heat. Antifreeze with heat enters the high and low temperature integrated dry cooler radiator, and the high temperature fluid water flows inside the radiator core, exchanging heat with the cold air outside the radiator core. The fan blows the cold air through the radiator core, so that the hot antifreeze releases its heat to the air and lowers its own temperature, thus realizing heat dissipation and ensuring that the engine operates within the normal temperature range.

 

Advantages

High-efficiency heat dissipation: high and low temperature integrated design, reasonably matching the size and thickness of high and low temperature heat exchangers, so that each kind of heat exchanger is in the best working range, and it can more effectively utilize the heat dissipation area and air flow to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation, and to ensure the performance of heat dissipation.

Energy saving and consumption reduction: through the control of motor running speed or motor running number to control the engine inlet and outlet water temperature or inlet and outlet air temperature, according to the actual working conditions of the engine needs to adjust the intensity of heat dissipation, to avoid unnecessary energy consumption, to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.

Space saving: Compared with the traditional high and low temperature split radiator, the integrated dry cooler radiator integrates the high and low temperature cooling functions in a compact structure, which reduces the installation space and makes the overall layout of the gas engine more compact, and is suitable for application scenarios with limited space.

Easy maintenance: The relatively simple structure reduces the number of components and connecting pipes, which reduces the risk of leakage, and also facilitates daily inspection, cleaning and maintenance, reducing maintenance workload and maintenance costs.

Environmentally friendly and hygienic: the dry cooler does not require water resources, avoiding cooling tower water consumption and legionella risk, more environmentally friendly and hygienic, especially suitable for places with limited water resources or high hygienic requirements.
