The provided engineering drawing contained detailed specifications such as:

Our engineering team accurately reproduced the air cooler design, ensuring dimensional precision, proper flange alignment, and correct positioning of drain, vent, and transport fittings. Every measurement was verified using advanced CAD modeling and quality control inspection prior to fabrication.
Construction and Materials
The replacement air cooler was built with high-efficiency finned tubes and stainless-steel headers, offering both thermal performance and long-term corrosion resistance. The end covers were designed for easy disassembly and cleaning, featuring removable lids with hand-grip screws as shown in the original drawing.
