Fresh Water Cooler Assembly

Specific working process
Heat absorption process: The hot water to be cooled enters the cooler body of the fresh water cooler assembly through pipes. When the hot water flows in the pipeline inside the cooler body, it comes into contact with the metal wall of the cooler body. Since the metal has good thermal conductivity, the heat of the hot water will be transferred to the metal wall of the cooler body through heat conduction, causing the temperature of the metal wall to rise.
Heat dissipation process: the cooler body is usually connected to the outside of the radiator. When the temperature of the metal wall of the cooler body rises, the heat will be further transferred to the metal fins and pipes of the radiator through heat conduction. At the same time, there is a temperature difference between the air around the radiator and the surface of the radiator. According to the principle of heat convection, the air will flow naturally or be forced to flow under the action of a fan to take away the heat from the surface of the radiator, thus lowering the temperature of the radiator. In this way, heat is transferred from the hot water to the surrounding air, realising the heat dissipation process.
Circulation process: In order to continuously cool the hot water, the water pump plays a key role in the whole process. The pump continuously pumps the hot water to be cooled into the body of the cooler and at the same time discharges the already cooled water, forming a circulation loop. Through this circulation, the hot water continuously enters the cooler body for cooling until the required cooling temperature is reached.
Temperature control process: The temperature sensor monitors the temperature change of the fresh water in the cooling process in real time and converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal to be transmitted to the control system. The control system compares and analyses the received temperature signal with the set temperature value. If the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the control system will adjust the speed of the water pump to speed up the water circulation so that the hot water stays in the body of the cooler for a shorter period of time, thus dissipating the heat faster; at the same time, the control system may also adjust the speed of the radiator fan to enhance the air flow and improve the efficiency of heat dissipation. Conversely, if the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the control system will reduce the pump speed and fan speed accordingly to reduce energy consumption and maintain a stable water temperature.

Fresh Water Cooler Assembly

Application Scenarios
Industrial field
In large mechanical equipment in factories, such as injection moulding machines, machine tools, etc., these equipments generate a lot of heat during operation. Fresh water cooler components can provide circulating cooled fresh water to the cooling system of the equipment to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overheating. For example, during the mould cooling process of an injection moulding machine, the fresh water cooler assembly can control the mould temperature within a suitable range to ensure the quality and productivity of plastic products.
Commercial premises
For example, in large shopping malls and supermarkets, the chiller units in the air conditioning system need fresh water cooler components to cool the circulating water. By cooling the circulating water, the air-conditioning system is able to cool the room more efficiently and provide a comfortable temperature environment. Also, in food processing areas of some commercial establishments, fresh water chiller components are needed to cool the processing equipment to ensure food safety and proper operation of the equipment.
Home Use
Some high-end home water dispensers feature fresh water cooling, where the fresh water cooler assembly cools the drinking water to the proper temperature for direct consumption. Some home aquarium filtration systems may also use fresh water cooler components to control the water temperature to provide the right environment for aquarium life.
