Specially engineered for hydrogen-filled generator room (flammable H₂ atmosphere, Gas Group IIC per IEC60079):
Zone 1: Hydrogen may leak under normal operation (near generator stator, sealing points) → ATEX II2G Ex db IIC T4 / IECEx Ex d IIC T4
Zone 2: Hydrogen only releases under abnormal leakage (main generator room surrounding space) → ATEX II3G Ex e IIC T4 / Class I Div2 Group B (NEC US/Canada standard)
Core Use Case: 200MW/300MW/600MW/1000MW hydrogen-cooled turbo generator; coal-fired, combined cycle, nuclear & green hydrogen power plants across APAC, Middle East, Southeast Asia petro-power station.

Explosion-Proof Core Design (2 Key Parts: Heat Exchanger Body + Explosion-Proof Auxiliary Components)
① Cooler Thermal Core (Fin Tube Structure, Leakproof for H₂ containment)
Tube material: CuNi90/10 / Admiralty Brass / TP2 Copper / 316L SS; tube expanded + full argon arc welding, zero hydrogen permeation & leakage; helium leak test 100% before shipment
Fins: Helical wound aluminum/copper anti-corrosion fin, low surface temp ≤135℃ (T4 temperature class, no hot spot ignition risk for hydrogen)
Shell & water box: Carbon steel clad / cast gunmetal; reinforced pressure structure, H₂ side design pressure 0.4~0.8MPa, cooling water side 1.0~1.6MPa

Cooling water circulating pump: Ex d IIC T4 flameproof motor

Control cabinet: Ex p pressurized cabinet / Ex d flameproof enclosure, positive nitrogen purge to block hydrogen ingress
