Double tube plate air cooler is a kind of heat exchanger equipment widely used in chemical industry, oil refining and other industries, which consists of two tube plates and several heat exchanger tubes, one of which is connected with the tube box, and the other is connected with the header.

The working principle of double tube plate air cooler is to transfer the heat from hot fluid to cold fluid through heat exchanger tubes, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling or heating. In the double tube plate air cooler, the two ends of the heat exchanger tubes are connected with two tube plates to form two independent chambers, and the hot fluid and cold fluid flow in these two chambers respectively, and the heat is exchanged through the heat exchanger tubes.
