Remote design: Unlike the traditional genset cooler, the remote high and low temperature dry cooler can be installed at a location far away from the genset, and the coolant circulation is realized through pipeline connection. This design is conducive to solving the problem of limited installation space of the generator set, and also facilitates the maintenance and management of the cooler.

High and low temperature adaptability: able to work in a wide range of temperatures, not only can it effectively cool the generator set in a high temperature environment to prevent overheating; but also can operate normally in a low temperature environment to avoid freezing of the coolant, ensuring that the generator set can operate stably in different seasons and climatic conditions.

Dry cooling: dry cooling is adopted, heat exchange is carried out through the way of coolant going inside the tube and natural wind going outside the tube, no need to consume water resources, which reduces the waste of water and the problem of water pollution, and at the same time avoids the risk of cooling failure due to the malfunction of the water system.

Working Principle

High temperature cooling process: when the generator set operation generates a large amount of heat, the high temperature coolant flows out from the generator set and is transported to the remote high and low temperature dry cooler through the pipeline. Inside the dry cooler, the coolant exchanges heat with the natural air outside the tube through a heat exchanger to transfer heat to the air, and then returns to the generator set after its own temperature is lowered to continue the cycle of cooling the generator set.

Low Temperature Protection Mechanism: In a low temperature environment, the control system of the dry cooler will monitor the coolant temperature. When the temperature is close to the freezing point, the control system will take corresponding measures, such as reducing the fan speed or stopping the fan operation, to reduce heat dissipation and prevent the coolant from freezing. At the same time, the coolant can also be properly heated by a heating device to ensure that it remains liquid at low temperatures and maintains the normal operation of the cooling system.
