40ft Container Asic Miner Full Immersion Cooling System
A 40ft ASIC miner immersion cooling system is a turn-key, high-density infrastructure module designed to submerge hundreds of miners in dielectric fluid for maximum hash rates and hardware longevity. These containers typically handle 2.6 MW to 4 MW of power and house up to 320-384 ASIC miners.
Core System Components
Immersion Tanks: Multiple industrial-grade stainless steel or polymer tanks fitted with customized manifold racks to submerge the miners.
Dielectric Coolant: Non-conductive fluid (engineered synthetic or hydrocarbon-based oil) replaces air-cooling, removing heat via direct contact.
CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit): The central pumping and heat-exchanging mechanism that circulates the hot oil through the system and transfers the heat to water.
Dry Cooler / Heat Rejection Unit: Mounted externally, this uses air-cooled radiators and fans to expel the extracted heat into the atmosphere.
Typical Specifications
Capacity: 320 to 384 ASIC slots (compatible with heavy-duty models like Antminer S19/S21 series or Whatsminer M50/M60 series).
Power Capacity: 2.6 MW to 4 MW.Fluid Volume: Requires roughly 6,800 to 7,500 liters of dielectric fluid to fill the entire container system.
Noise Reduction: Submerging hardware eliminates loud, high-RPM cooling fans, significantly lowering overall decibel levels compared to air-cooled containers.
Key Benefits
Overclocking Potential: Because liquid cooling is vastly more effective than air, you can safely push hardware beyond stock hash rates without overheating.
Hardware Longevity: By keeping internal temperatures stable and preventing dust/moisture from reaching the hash boards, failure rates and maintenance requirements drop significantly.
